Jennifer O’Callaghan  joined Rockabill as the Vice President of Operations. With a background in finance and having worked with nonprofits, she will assist with project and office management, and provide support for tenant outreach and communications. Jennifer  works on Tenant Relocation projects and has a strong skill set in communicating with tenants and organizing complex projects while fully understanding the broad scope of the plan. Additionally, she is the tenant coordinator for tenant-in-place renovations, liaising between the tenant, contractors and building owner, being sure that tenants needs are met while essential building work gets completed.

Prior to joining Rockabill, Jennifer worked at the Hoboken Historical Museum in Development and Programming from 2015 to 2018. In her role, Jennifer was responsible for cultivating and maintaining donor relationships (individual and corporate), developing content and programs for museum constituents, and organizing and running major fundraisers for the organization. During this time, Jennifer also worked as a part-time Strategic Planning Consultant, helping non-for-profit clients envision and create 5-year strategic plans for their organizations.

Jennifer’s previous work experience includes Lehman Brothers, Inc. (1997-2006) where she worked in the middle markets group focused on administering and supporting Lehman’s CLO and distressed trading businesses. Prior to Lehman, Jennifer was employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. (1995-1997), where she was a member of the Global Operations Training Program and worked in the operations division focused on the bank loan and high yield trading businesses.
