Johnson Park Green Community is 62 units of affordable and supportive housing across 4 buildings in the Johnson Park section of Utica. These are the first affordable Passive House certified buildings in the City.
Rockabill partnered with JCTOD Outreach, a local social service agency in Utica, to acquire the multiple sites, develop and construct the buildings including a new community center.
Financing also included New York State ESSHI operating and services subsidy for 31 units, $5.6M capital subsidy from NYS HHAC, $3.0M in capital subsidy from NYS HCR, $1.22M from NYSERDA, $16.0M construction loan and $15.0M in tax credit equity from JP Morgan Chase, syndicated through Hudson Housing Capital LLC.
