Known for his dedication to results and exceptional customer service, Tim has been with Rockabill since its founding in 2007. Tim has an extensive financial background, from many years of working in the corporate finance industry, along with a strong desire to connect with clients to deliver long-term financial success. He utilizes his financial acumen and client-driven focus to assist clients in stabilizing and growing their portfolio, while empowering them to continue to preserve and develop affordable housing for the most vulnerable people in New York.

Tim is passionately committed to creating value and beneficial solutions for Rockabill’s clients. His extensive experience with financial models and working with government agencies related to the affordable housing industry has allowed him to produce innovative solutions while maneuvering through the complexities of each transaction. When negotiating funding for supportive housing or faith-based community development projects, Tim delves into the details for each project to ensure that he produces results that keep to the mission of the organization and strengthen its core. Working to ensure that projects are viable well beyond construction completion, Tim takes the long view when underwriting each project to ensure that assets are well positioned in the future.

Prior to joining Rockabill, Tim served as VP of Finance at Banc of America Securities in NY. Tim was also a Manager of Financial Reporting at Commerzbank Securities and a Manager in the Debt Capital Markets group at Morgan Stanley.
