Vice President
Amy Holodak brings nearly a decade of experience in affordable housing development and asset management, focusing on preserving housing for historically underserved communities. Her career began in social work and family services, where she witnessed firsthand the impact of housing instability—an experience that inspired her transition into the housing sector.
Before joining Rockabill, Amy served as Program Director at Neighborhood Restore, overseeing Multifamily Housing programs. In that role, she managed a substantial portfolio of distressed housing clusters, supervised property management teams, and managed insurance and compliance requirements. She led complex preservation efforts and has been instrumental in preserving nearly 3,000 units of affordable housing across New York City.
Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Urban Policy & Leadership from Hunter College.
