Eve Passman

Eve Passman assists with the structuring and underwriting of supportive housing projects across New York City. Eve’s diverse background in community development, finance, and program management uniquely positions her to support Rockabill’s clients from both a development and programmatic perspective. Prior to joining Rockabill, Eve served as a Project Manager for Hudson Housing Capital, where she supported the financial analysis of tax credit properties nationwide.

After completing her undergraduate degree at New York University, she earned her Urban Planning master’s at Columbia University. During her graduate program, she interned with several organizations in the supportive housing realm including the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) and the West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH), where she served as a Morgan Stanley Community Development Graduate Fellow.
