Haley Meisenholder
Haley Meisenholder brings a decade of experience in transitional housing, supportive housing, and affordable housing. From working on the ground in a homeless shelter to serving as Deputy Director for the City of New York’s, Department of Homeless Service’s Non-Profit Owned Purpose-Built Shelter program, she is committed to creating spaces that best serve formerly homeless residents and the staff that support them. She has worked on city-backed financing, low-income tax credits, energy efficiency initiatives, and low-income household mortgage modifications.
Prior to entering the housing space, she worked in rural city planning, bike and pedestrian transportation planning, ADA accessibility, and new construction energy efficiency. Haley holds a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from San Francisco State University.
