Jen O’callaghan

Jennifer began with Rockabill after spending many years working in finance and in the nonprofit sector. She assists with project management for a range of new construction and preservation projects throughout New York State, and performs asset management functions for Rockabill-owned properties. She has also led large-scale tenant relocation and tenant-in-place renovation projects, and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the sensitivities around housing insecurity while working with tenants to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Jennifer also manages the Rockabill office, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. She is an active member of her community, having served on many local boards over the years and volunteering for countless nonprofit organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
