Jen O’callaghan

Before joining Rockabill, Jennifer spent many years working in the finance and nonprofit sectors, gaining valuable experience that informs her approach to project management and community development. She manages a diverse portfolio of new construction and preservation projects across New York State, as well as oversees asset management functions for Rockabill-owned properties.

She has led large-scale tenant relocations and tenant-in-place renovation projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of housing insecurity and a commitment to keeping projects on schedule while prioritizing tenant well-being. Her expertise in federal and state programs to provide assistance for at risk populations exemplifies her dedication to providing safety and stability to all residents throughout New York State.

Jennifer is also an active member of her community, having served on numerous local boards and volunteered extensively for nonprofit organizations. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
