Katie Devine
Katie Devine is a trusted adviser throughout the housing community, committed to helping nonprofit and for-profit clients and partners increase the quality and supply of affordable, supportive, and transitional housing for vulnerable New Yorkers.
Katie has led the development and preservation of over 5,500 units of affordable housing and shelter across several states. She is known for her expertise and creative use of partnership structures and financing tools, including hotel-to-housing conversions, zoning variances, tax incentives, and city-backed financing for the development of nonprofit-owned homeless shelters.
Katie has been recognized for her work by City & State and New York Nonprofit Media, and has been an invited speaker at several conferences and events. She is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and an active member of the Supportive Housing Network of NY, NYSAFAH, and the Women’s Affordable Housing Network. Katie is also the Founder of Prospect Housing Partners.
