Niall Murray

Niall Murray founded Rockabill in 2007 and leads the firm’s various business lines from strategy/direction, identifying opportunities, client relationships—and most importantly, identifying key people and relationships with which to grow our business.

Niall’s career in affordable housing has spanned decades and includes new construction, preservation and acquisitions. He has developed or assisted in the development of over 15,000 units primarily in New York City and State. Niall’s greatest achievement is to create businesses that are widely known and respected throughout the industry for their knowledge, integrity, and value creation, and that attract the highest quality people.

Niall is a reformed accountant and banker, and is currently a member of NYSAFAH’s executive committee and the boards of Hoboken Community Center and Flax Trust America. Niall is also the Founder of Conrock Construction.
