Nina Ricci

Nina Ricci is involved in all aspects of project development, leveraging nearly a decade of experience in affordable multi-family housing to serve Rockabill’s wide client base and create housing opportunities for New Yorkers across the state.

Nina began her career in affordable housing within the Multifamily New Construction Division of New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Advancing to the role of Director of the Extremely Low and Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) Program, Nina closed or directly supervised over 30 transactions totaling nearly 9,000 units and providing over $1B in City capital subsidy. Her extensive experience leading development projects at HPD makes her an invaluable resource for Rockabill’s clients and partners. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
