P. Christopher (“Chris”) Dirr, JD has over 20 years of diverse experience on a national platform in economic development, real estate development and finance with specialties in affordable and market rate multi-family housing, class “A” office, retail, flex office-light industrial, and warehouse real estate portfolios, including rehabilitation and restoration of designated historic properties, the commercial portion totaling over 700,000 square feet and $75M in market capitalization value.

In the past twelve (12) years, Chris has originated over 20 multi-family developments, representing over 2,150 units with a market capitalization value in excess of $800M. Chris has developed an 800-unit market leading multi-family development in the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a $78M 202-unit mixed-income 4% HFA bond transaction, with supportive housing, in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Chris has been at the forefront of such areas as HUD RAD Mixed Finance, Year 15 Preservation, Public Housing Revitalization, supportive housing development, and community development initiatives. He utilizes his extensive knowledge to envision and innovative financing solutions, and he is known for his attention to detail, integrity, and ability to execute client objectives.
