Patrick Pinkerton

Patrick Pinkerton is engaged in all facets of deal structuring and execution for Rockabill’s expanding upstate New York portfolio, serving Rockabill’s wide client base to create more affordable housing options across New York State. Previously, Patrick served as Director for a non-profit affordable housing developer, responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of over 700 units of affordable housing. During his time as Director, the firm secured over $100 million dollars in State, Federal and local funds to create over 400 units of affordable and supportive housing in New York and Florida.

Patrick also has experience in the public sector serving as Deputy Director of Development Services for the Town of Irondequoit, overseeing the Town’s Planning, Zoning, and Building Departments. Patrick earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Cornell University.
