Rebekah Taft

Rebekah Taft has over 10 years of experience in the financing and development of affordable, supportive, and transitional housing. Since joining Rockabill in 2022, Rebekah has closed on financing for more than 800 units of affordable housing in New York City. Rebekah’s expertise encompasses a variety of project types ranging from “Year 15” preservations for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit portfolios to the new construction of supportive housing and shelters.

Prior to joining Rockabill, Rebekah supported affordable housing development through her work at community-based nonprofits, including Neighborhood Restore, Jubilee Housing, and NeighborWorks America. Rebekah holds a M.Sc. from The London School of Economics and a B.A. from Covenant College.
