Sean McNamara
Sean began working at Rockabill Consulting in 2017. Since joining Rockabill, Sean has worked with various not-for-profit organizations on numerous affordable housing transactions to help preserve existing affordable housing, as well as create new affordable housing.
Sean has gained extensive knowledge of affordable housing financing by working with both New York City Housing Preservation & Development and New York State Homes Community & Renewal and Housing Finance Agency across various programs including both 4% and 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Supportive Housing, Year 15 Limited Partnership Exits, HUD Financing, and many others. Sean has directly been involved in loan closings that have created or preserved over 1,000 units of affordable housing. Sean is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a degree in Finance.
